1. Go to your Dashboard: https://weteachme.com/user/dashboard
  2. Navigate to the course you want to activate physical gift vouchers for. Click on the "Edit Course" button.
  3. Scroll all the way to the bottom and click on "Gift Voucher Options". Here you can "Enable gift voucher" and save the course.
  4. On the course settings tab you can "Enable physical gift voucher" (if you also want the option for your customers to request a physical gift voucher which you send out manually), or "Absorb voucher fees". This screen also allows you to set the expiry of the voucher.
  5. Click on "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page.
  6. Repeat this process for every course that you want to enable physical gift vouchers for.

Enabling physical gift vouchers gives the purchaser an option to have a paper gift voucher sent to an address specified after a gift voucher purchase. The purchaser will also receive an electronic gift voucher by default with instructions on how to redeem it.

 

If a purchaser selects this option, then the course provider will be emailed all relevant details to include in the paper gift voucher.

Note that physical gift vouchers are to be sent by the course provider. We recommend only enabling this option if the course provider wishes to add this as a complimentary service.
