  1. Go to your Dashboard: https://weteachme.com/user/dashboard
  2. Navigate to the course or event you want to customise the booking confirmation email and click on the "Edit" button (it looks like a pencil). You will be taken to the Course or Event Info page.

  3. Click on the "Course Settings" tab at the top of the page. Scroll all the way to the bottom and click on “Extra Information to Accompany Booking Confirmation Email”. Here you can insert extra text and attach PDF files. Once you are done, click on “Save Changes” at the bottom right of the page.

What happens next?

  1. Every time someone makes a booking, they will receive an automatic confirmation email that contains the extra content you inserted into the "Extra Information to Accompany Booking Confirmation Email" area. If you attached PDF files as well, they will also receive these files as attachments in the email.
