Do you want to make your course or event private or unlisted so that the only people who can access it are the ones with the URL?

Course or event providers opt for this option if they want to offer private courses or events for their VIP customers, if they want to run internal staff events, or if they want to have courses online but not immediately viewable by the public.

To mark a course or event as private:

  1. Go to your Dashboard: https://weteachme.com/user/dashboard
  2. Navigate to the course or event you want to mark as private. Click on the “Edit Course” button.
  3. Scroll all the way to the bottom and select the “"Make the Event Private" checkbox.
  4. Click on “Save Changes” at the bottom/right of the page.
  5. Repeat this process for every course or event that you want to mark as private or unlisted.
