If you want to remove a course/event from your WeTeachMe profile, all you need to do is to archive it. (TIP: If you have finished conducting a course/event but have no plans of running it again anytime soon, we suggest keeping it active on your profile. This way, potential participants will still be able to see it and send an enquiry.)
How to Archive an Event/Course
To archive a course/event, just follow these steps:
1) Login to your account at https://weteachme.com/.
2) Click on Dashboard to view all your courses.
3) Find the particular course/event in your list of Active Courses.
4) Below the course/event's title and dates, click on the right-most icon to archive (see image below).
Once an item has been archived, other WeTeachMe users can no longer view it, but you can still access it under your Archives (at the bottom of your Dashboard).
How to Reactivate an Event/Course
Conversely, if you have archived an event and wish to place it back in your Active List. follow these steps:
1) Login to your account at https://weteachme.com/.
2) Click on Dashboard to view all your courses.
3) Find the particular course/event in your list of Archives (at the bottom of your Dashboard).
4) Below the course/event's title, click on the right-most icon to reactivate (see image below). The course should now be under your list of Active Courses.
NOTE: Occasionally, you may need to refresh/reload the page to see the updated list.
