You can include up to three PDF attachments that are sent out in the booking confirmation emails.

To include attachments in booking confirmation emails:

  1. Go to your Dashboard: https://weteachme.com/user/dashboard
  2. Navigate to the course you want to edit. Click on the "Edit Course" button.
  3. Scroll all the way to the bottom and click on "Extra Information to Accompany Booking Confirmation Email". Here you can include any extra information to be sent to your customers (such as parking, location, any extra information required) and to upload up to three PDF attachments.
  4. Click on "Save Changes" at the bottom of the page.

Companies have been using PDF attachments to include waiver forms, course location maps, or any extra information that they want captured.
