Some companies have requested the option to absorb gift voucher fees. To do this:

  1. Go to your Dashboard: https://weteachme.com/user/dashboard
  2. Navigate to the course you want to absorb voucher fees for. Click on the “Edit Course” button.
  3. Scroll all the way to the bottom and click on “Gift Voucher Options”. Here you can “Enable gift voucher”, “Enable physical gift voucher” (if you also want the option for your customers to request a physical gift voucher which you send out manually), or “Absorb voucher fees”.
  4. Click on “Save Changes” at the bottom of the page.
  5. Repeat this process for every course that you want to absorb voucher fees for.
