Do you want to refund one of your customers? We have made this process as easy as possible.
To refund a customer:
- Log in and go to My Transactions.
- In Transaction Type, select Booking.

In the space provided, enter the name of the customer you wish to issue a refund. Click on Search.
- Once the order is displayed in the list, click on the link under Description to go to the order page.
- In the order page, navigate to the Refund button and click on it.
- When the Process Refund popup appears, make sure to tick the box beside the participant's name. This will cancel their spot and open it for booking.
- Enter the amount you wish to refund.
- Click on the red Log Refund button.
- Click on YES to confirm the refund.
Once this process is completed, we will automatically send out refund confirmation emails to both the customer and to yourself. Easy!
