Do you want to refund one of your customers? We have made this process as easy as possible.

To refund a customer:

  1. Log in and go to My Transactions
  2. In Transaction Type, select Booking.
  3. In the space provided, enter the name of the customer you wish to issue a refund. Click on Search.
  4. Once the order is displayed in the list, click on the link under Description to go to the order page.
  5. In the order page, navigate to the Refund button and click on it. 
  6. When the Process Refund popup appears, make sure to tick the box beside the participant's name. This will cancel their spot and open it for booking. 
  7. Enter the amount you wish to refund.
  8. Click on the red Log Refund button.
  9. Click on YES to confirm the refund.

Once this process is completed, we will automatically send out refund confirmation emails to both the customer and to yourself. Easy!
