You’re going to need them so people can purchase tickets.
Are you logged in? Make sure you are logged into WeTeachMe first. If you are not logged in, visit https://weteachme.com/ and click on the “Log In” link located on the top right. If you don’t know your login details, contact the main account holder.
  1. Go to the “Dashboard”: The link is located next to the WeTeachMe logo on the top left of the screen. Once you are here, look at the course/event you want to add dates for, and click on the “calendar” icon. You will be taken to the date adding page.
  2. Click on the New Date button.
  3. Follow the prompts. Note that times are in 24-hour format.
What happens next?
  1. Once you click “Create Date” the date will become live ready for booking. Easy!
Hot tips.
  1. You can set your course/event to repeat “every week, every 2 weeks, every month, and the first Saturday of every month” etc. WeTeachMe will handle the rest!
  2. Schedule in the entire year in advance. WeTeachMe will take care of the rest.
  3. You can bundle options into tickets. For example:
    1. Cooking Class Normal Price $200
    2. Cooking Class Early Bird Price $190
    3. Company Member Price $150
    4. Cooking Class + Exclusive Cooking Book $220
