Did a customer request to change their booking to a different date? You can now process date transfers and we will handle the updating of available tickets left, and sending out confirmation emails to both the customer and to yourself.

To transfer a booking to another date:

  1. Note which course and date the customer booked into, and what name the booking was made under.
  2. Go to your Dashboard: https://weteachme.com/user/dashboard
  3. Navigate to the appropriate course and click on the “View Bookings” icon (the one that looks like a group of people) next to the appropriate course date. You will be taken to a bookings list page.
  4. Click on the order number next to the appropriate booking. You will be taken to a page with the order details.
  5. In the “Ticket Summary” box, there is a dropdown where you can select a new date. Select the new date and click on “TRANSFER”.
